Join our Business Applications West practice in Perth, as our newest Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

The Role

As Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) within our Dynamics Solutions team you will assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, envisioning and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the customer to achieve their objectives. You will assist with the identification, pursuit and closure of strategic business development activities whilst continuing to be responsible for the architecture of existing projects.
  
Responsibilities
  
  • You will provide business architecture insight, technical thought-leadership and strategic pre-sales expertise for specific programs of work.
  • You will be tasked with designing complex, innovative solutions for our customers
  • You will provide advice, guidance and commercial understanding to Empired's delivery practices; solution governance; championing the evolution of best practice and methodology
  • You will help to mentor a team of technical and project specialists
  
Your Experience
  • You are a passionate, motivated and client-focused Solution Architect with expert knowledge and experience in both the current (Dynamics 365) and recent Dynamics CRM releases and the broader Microsoft platform including Azure and Office 365
  • Demonstrated experience as Lead or Principal Architect in the delivery of Microsoft Technologies along with a strong background in pre-sales and delivering complex solution architecture.
  • You are a confident expert in Microsoft technologies, and such will be at ease presenting to a broad audience and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your peers.
  • You are commercially aware and across the latest business trends to help set the vision and high-level architecture for our clients.
  • You will be effective in fostering executive level relationships and able to deliver effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes; possessing excellent communication skills.

The Team is highly focussed on delivering low-code/no-code solutions for its Clients, and experience with configuration only and/or low customisation Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations would be advantageous.
