Our Digital & Experience Design team is looking for an experienced UX Designer to join and partner with some of our most innovative clients!
The Role
As a member of our Digital & Experience Design team, you will inspire creative solutions for multi-channel, digital experiences across web, mobile, app & into the product space. You will collaborate with team members to ideate, problem-solve and craft experiences rooted in the intersection of business, humans and technology.

You will be passionate about user-centric design and have the ability to apply this within a technical environment. You will be able to successfully balance our client’s business with relentless advocacy for end user needs and goals while engaging appropriate technology.

Your Experience
- A proven understanding of emerging digital and information technologies
- Knowledge of best practice across mobile-first and responsive design
- Strong problem-solving & ideation skills with knowledge of challenges that are faced in the digital space
- Understanding of personas, user journeys, user flows & information architecture artefacts
- Experienced in user-centred design (UCD), interaction design & experience design
- High level of proficiency in UX/UI tools and approaches, including interaction design and visual design
- Knowledge of how designs are converted into code (end to end process) to support development teams
- Ability to help estimate UX/UI efforts
- Ability to help facilitate UX discovery and design workshops to help define business and end user needs
- Understanding of Information Architecture & content strategy
- Some front-end development skills - HTML/CSS/JS
- Experience working with CMS platforms (let us know which ones)
