The Role
Intergen’s Platform team are looking for a passionate, talented Senior M365 & Identity Engineer to join a successful platforms practice. You'll be working with Intergen’s valued customers, alongside an accomplished, supportive team in a collaborative atmosphere.
You will be doing:
  • Configuration and migration plus on-going support and administration of multiple M365 and Azure environments.
  • Proactive monitoring, issue resolution and request management via Intergen’s ticketing system, while ensuring quality delivery and best practice is applied.
  • Analysis of operation environment for improvement opportunities and ensure these are realised.

Have you got?
  • Expected specialisation in Microsoft 365 e.g. Identity and Access management, Threat Protection and Information Protection, Device and App Management with Intune modern management for desktops and mobile devices, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business
  • Expert Azure Active directory and Active Directory skills
  • Hands on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS, Hybrid IT infrastructure,
  • Strong infrastructure monitoring and automation skills
  • Experience with scripting to support automation efforts (PowerShell/Bash)
  • ITIL Foundations v3/4 Certification
