Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an outstanding Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Auckland!

The Role
The Regional Sales Manager is a key strategic leadership role at Intergen with accountability for meeting the demands of the market they operate in through to leading an excellent sales team, which overachieves Intergen’s regional and company targets.

The role focuses on not only building a top-notch direct sales team but also strong partnerships and relationships in the market to continue Intergen’s growth. Responsibilities will include:
  • Work as part of a high-performing sales team, working with the business to bid for, win and deliver across Intergen solutions
  • Look after an existing portfolio and actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic relationships
  • Manage and close opportunities through accuracy of forecasting, account strategy and planning, and resource requirements identified
  • Strength of sales pipeline to deliver achievement of sales target
  • Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of the breadth of the Intergen solutions and services and be able to articulate this to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Collaborating as part of the Intergen team to strategise, present and enable complex customer requirements
  • Foster and maintain superior relationships at all levels within each customer
About you

Have you got?
  • 10+ years’ experience in Sales Management & Senior Business development ideally across the Microsoft technology solutions
  • Experience having led complex client engagements, including managing and negotiating sales portfolios within a disciplined and future-facing environment
  • Proven broad understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
  • Experience articulating the business value that can be derived from the strategic application of technology
  • Credibility to engage at the executive level using your relationship skills to influence outcomes and drive referential engagement
