The Team  
The Empired Customer Engagement and Power Platform team is a Dynamic and energetic team that is passionate about solving real customer problems which can range from small record keeping functions to enterprise business applications that power the entire organisation. 

We work with our customers to provide them with digital solutions built on the Dynamics 365 platform that in simpler terms ‘helps make their lives easier’ but most importantly helps them drive their own customer engagement with their customers.  

Our passionate team of Consultants, Architects and Developers are experienced and certified in implementing and delivering end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. We as a team provide great training and mentorship internally to all staff to help grow our team and expand capability.

The Role 
If you have a passion for innovating, designing, developing, securing, and would like to learn more about Microsoft Power Platform solutions, this role could be for you. You will get to create solution components, including application enhancements, custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations. You will get to work alongside Functional Consultants, Solution Architects and other awesome IT team members. If you aren’t sure what Power Platforms check out the Microsoft videos online. 

What we look for 
We’re after digitally savvy grads that think out of the box: high achievers with a completed degree who are passionate about a career in technology. You just must be committed to learning the ropes!

You might have an interest in or had exposure to:   
  • The Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and ecosystem.
  • Creating and designing canvas or model driven Power Apps. 
  • Configuring Dataverse, Power Apps and business process automation.  
  • Extending the D365 platform and user experience. 
  • Development languages such as: JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, ASP.NET, and Power BI (don’t worry if you don’t know what some of these are plenty of time to learn!)
