The Role

As a Consultant with our Integration Team, you will use your experience to provide tier one support for our clients as well as all operational/functional support, resolution of level two incidents and requests.

Your Responsibilities
  • Receive and handle requests for level two support
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve Azure data related issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of specific technical functions and provide detailed advice regarding their application and execution
  • Implement, configure, and ensure delivery of Integration solutions based around Azure Integration Services and/or Dell Boomi platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and advise relevant persons of actions to be taken.
  • Investigate problems in relevant systems and services.
  • Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
  • Carry out agreed operational procedures of a routine nature, contributing to maintenance, installation, and problem resolution.
  • Automate tasks and processes to innovate and improve.
  • Contribute to the implementation of maintenance and installation work.
  • Analyse and assist in defining business requirements and/or project scope, plus facilitate analysis
  • Achieve or exceed SLA targets for our clients.
  • Identify operational problems and contribute to their resolution
Your Background
  • 3+ years of experience in and good understanding of Integration Architecture, Design Patterns & Best Practices is essential
  • Experience in the Integration Technology space, working with a variety of platforms (e.g., Azure, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Tibco, etc.)
  • You know Java, C# and/or Groovy programming languages.
  • Experience in the Message broker space. (e.g., Anypoint MQ, Tibco EMS, RabbitMQ, Apache Active MQ, etc.)
  • Experience with the Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure etc.)
  • Requirement’s analysis
  • You are familiar managing code repositories and setting up DevOps pipelines.
  • You have experience working with SOAP and RESTful API’s
  • You have experience with API tools (e.g. Postman, SoapUI etc) You enjoy working in a team to problem solve and you thrive as you get your head into challenging and complex projects
  • You love picking up new technology and sharing your ideas with others.
