Empired + Intergen seeks a Cloud Licensing Associate to join our team on a 12-month Fix-term agreement in Auckland!

The Role
As a Cloud Licensing Associate, you will support technical and business offers made to Empired + Intergen clients by providing appropriate, timely, accurate and considered administration, quoting and pricing services for software and cloud consumption licensing models.

You will be contributing to enabling successful outcomes for both our clients and for Intergen.   
The role is incredibly varied and provides an outstanding opportunity to truly grow your licensing acumen. Training and support will be provided to you so you can excel. Do you have the following skills?
  • Accurate processing within the various licencing programs, vendor portals, plans and rebate schemes, along with renewals and annuity revenue streams that will optimise the value for our customers and our business.
  • Administer the customer quoting process including creating the quote, following up on quotes, re-quoting expired quotes, retiring quotes, turning quotes into orders, invoicing orders.
  • Processing of administrative functions within the Microsoft partner portals.
  • Assist the cloud procurement team with our proactive management of customer licence renewals.
  • Administration of records and data entry into CRM for all licensing purchases and renewals ensuring accuracy of the data is up to date at all times.
Have you got?
  • Proven track record in learning new systems & processes. Desirable to have prior working knowledge of licensing administration and some understanding of the terms used within the Microsoft software range.
  • Prior experience in administration and/or finance support functions with a good eye for detail.
  • An ability to manage your tasks efficiently with focus on prioritising different customer requirements whilst delivering to agreed service levels.
