Client Director


Bring your outstanding sales approach to Intergen as our newest Client Director and connect people and technology in the Wellington Region!

Using your connections and networks, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and generating new business from existing and prospective clients. Building strong relationships with our clients to understand the outcomes they are seeking to realise, and then working with our talented Intergen team to demonstrate proven solutions that will meet their needs. 
Your day looks like:  
  • Actively seek and pursue sales opportunities and strategic relationships  
  • Manage and close these opportunities through accuracy of forecasting, account strategy and planning, and resource requirements identified  
  • Develop a sales pipeline to ensure achievement of sales target  
  • Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of the breadth of the Intergen solutions and services and be able to articulate this to prospects, customers, and partners  
  • Collaborating as part of the Intergen team to strategize, present and enable complex customer requirements  
  • Foster and maintain superior relationships at all levels within each client  
Your Experience  
  • Extensive experience in Sales & Senior Business development  
  • You’ll have business development experience having led complex client engagements, including managing and negotiating sales portfolios within a disciplined and future-facing environment  
  • Broad understanding of the Microsoft technology stack  
  • Proven experience articulating the business value that can be derived from the strategic application of technology  
  • Credibility to engage at the executive level using your relationship skills to influence outcomes and drive referential engagement  
As a proven senior sales executive -you are motivated and client-focused. You will be incredibly ambitious, a great communicator and confident in engaging at senior levels to further build your personal brand and Intergen’s brand in this competitive market.  
You’ll have energy, vision and the desire to drive and grow new business.
