About you
As an Azure Support Consultant, you are a primary point of contact providing tier one support to clients. You are responsible for providing operational/functional support, resolution of level two incidents and requests, monitoring and ensuring service level agreement (SLA) compliance and providing Azure expertise to ensure that we achieve our goal of being "easy to do business with.”
You are already an awesome individual who can:
  • Provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximising growth and improving the business performance of our clients.
  • Provide Azure related administration.
  • Enterprise level technical support and customer-oriented service experience
  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients, ensuring we provide the best value solution offering.
  • Identify issues and risks and escalate.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks, help to manage client expectations.
  • Contribute to an environment of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Provide technical support, fault analysis and resolution, actively managing the support queue and ensuring the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is achieved.
  • Produce documentation (technical and user focused), ensuring it is both current and accurate. Produce reports as required.
  • Work on client systems and infrastructure to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Continue to develop technology, methodology and framework knowledge.
  • Take ownership of your continued professional development, keeping your technical knowledge and skills up to date and ensure you are certified in the relevant technologies.
Key skills and experience: 
  • 3-4 years working as an Engineer and/or involvement in complex / changing environments.
  • Hands on experience in designing, building and implementing Microsoft solutions based around Azure (Iaas and PaaS)
  • Demonstrable experience with Azure DevOps, including the automation of infrastructure builds, configuration and release management (using either PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or other tools)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure solutions, specifically in relation to Microsoft Azure and Office 365, platform migration, system security, enterprise directories, and cloud technologies
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications.
