David Sinclair

Group General Manager, Platforms and Service Management Office

David is a highly skilled and experienced senior manager with over 25 years’ experience working for national managed services providers in senior leadership roles.

As a 13-year veteran at Empired, David has worked in senior
management roles throughout the business as it has grown into
the organisation it is today.

In David’s current role, he leads the team to deliver our Modern Managed Services across our digital service lines. Additionally, David heads up our Platforms group, delivering cloud and data centre, end-user services and network and security services to our customers.

David’s passion is to ensure we provide seamless, innovative, and automated end-to-end Modern Managed Services to our customers, enabling them to maximise their technology investments.

David says:

“My core focus is to ensure that we’re delivering exceptional and highly efficient services to our customers as truly valued partners. It’s important that we’re not just providing our customers stable and reliable 'business as usual' services but also continually helping them to innovate and embrace the new world of modern managed services as part of their digital transformation journey and the opportunities for continuous evolution that it brings.”

Outside of work, David is a keen soccer (football) player and is kept busy with his 20-year-old and 14-year-old daughters and six-year-old son.
