Empired partners with Softera to deliver solutions for the commercial property industry

21 June 2017 - Empired has signed a partnership with Softera to deliver Soft4RealEstate software as part of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations for the commercial property management industry. Softera is a Gold Microsoft Partner with more than 15 years of business software design and development experience.

Like all service industries, the commercial property management sector is being impacted by new digital technologies, which are providing ways of reducing the cost of back office operations, while delivering genuine productivity and risk reduction benefits for property managers.

Organisations in this sector are looking to track costs per lease and view the full lease history. In addition, some are having difficulty in calculating and distributing common area maintenance (CAM) fees.

A single view of all customer and property information is critical and needs to be available on a range of mobile platforms.

With Soft4RealEstate and Dynamics 365, this is now possible for all organisations in the sector from small businesses to large corporations.
