To take the next step we’re looking to speak to a Digital Solution Specialist (or two!) who has the drive and passion for enriching and transform people’s lives through digital. You’ll be part of a national team with end-to-end customer & digital experience transformation capabilities that share your passion for making a difference.

As a Solution Specialist at Empired, you will:

  • Have a passion for combining strategy, creativity and technology to deliver great digital experiences
  • Assist and drive new business development, including leading the solution approach for an opportunity, pitching to C level executives and assisting with business case creation
  • Advise and consult with our clients on the latest technologies, trends & how to thrive and succeed in the digital world
  • Be known as the digital expert by clients and colleagues, someone with a passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve
  • Experienced in architecting and delivering digital & commerce experiences using Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Azure, Episerver, Sitecore & Dynamics 365
  • Leading digital architecture assessments at client sites with key client stakeholders
  • Work on the strategic engagement, helping to define a roadmap and integrated solutions to deliver on the client’s digital transformation vision
  • Architect & design large scale & complex digital experiences across a wide range of different clients & verticals
  • Support the development and delivery of the experience into production, coaching the delivery teams during delivery to ensure a successful outcome and a high-quality solution
  • Work with the wider team and practice managers to help define our practice strategy, including our services offerings, platforms we leverage and go to markets
  • Work closely with the regional practices to ensure the local capabilities, experience and competency levels align with our strategy and the services we provide
  • Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with our clients, key digital partners and other vendors
