Graduate Consultant
The Consultants role is to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximising growth or improving the business performance of Intergen’s clients. This involves understanding the client’s organisation and enhancing their business through recommending better or more appropriate policies, processes, architectures and technologies.
As a graduate consultant you will work within a team and under specific direction from a Senior or Lead consultant. You will gain practical experience through different areas of the delivery lifecycle as you are assigned basic project tasks to complete.
What are we looking for?
We’re after digitally savvy grads: high achievers with a completed degree who are passionate about a career in technology. You just have to be committed to learning the ropes!

To be considered for these opportunities you will need to meet the following criteria;
  • You must hold New Zealand or Australian citizenship, or permanent residency, with full work rights at the time you submit your application. 
  • You must be in the final year of a university undergraduate degree or have completed your degree in 2019/2020 (in Information Technology, or an IT-related Business or Finance degree).
  • Your GPA should be a minimum of 65%  
  • You must have a proven passion for Information Technology and be able to demonstrate this!
  • You will be a collaborative team player
  • You will have high attention to detail, excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Be available to start in January 2021 for full-time employment.
