The Role:

As a Functional Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and key objectives to design and consult on solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. You will take ownership of the implementation, configuration and delivery of Dynamics projects (including analysing, defining and documenting business requirements; undertaking solution configuration; conduct solutions demos and pre-sales presentations; provide client support and relationship management as required)

The Experience:

You will have a solid understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, be competent in the configuration and development of both the current (D365 Customer Engagement) and recent Dynamics CRM releases. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate experience in working directly with clients to scope and analyse complex business requirements and delivering solutions to meet their outcomes.

  • 4 + years consulting and implementation experience, along with strong business analysis skills. 
  • Strong CRM knowledge (Dynamics preferred however will consider Salesforce or other CRM system knowledge)
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills
