Commercial Analyst (Service Management Office)


Join our SMO in Perth in this permanent role.

This opportunity is to join the Empired Service Management Office, based in Perth CBD.
You will provide support in the capacity of commercial analysis to the SMO and Platforms business units throughout Australia.
Calling on your superior influencing and stakeholder management skills, you will find yourself:
  • Reviewing budget/s
  • Updating weekly forecast/s
  • Month-end timesheet analysis and completion, month end review, analysis and reporting of business unit expenses costs
  • Month end review, analysis and reporting of business unit revenue and CAPEX projects
  • Commercial input to monthly reports (i.e. board reporting)
  • Assist with preparation of tenders and bids 
  • Provision of training to the business 
  • In conjunction with account SDM’s, perform cost reviews of each significant customer account
  • Participation in the ISO 20000 accreditation process
  • Respond to any enquiries from finance, other teams across the Empired/Intergen business 
  • Working with a wide variety of stakeholders from across the business, meaning your ability to foster and maintain relationships will be paramount to the success of the role
To be successful in this role you can demonstrate your experience working in a service delivery position (or similar) within an IT Solutions environment.  If that is in a consulting environment, that'd be an advantage, but it is not essential.
Commercially astute, you have strong business acumen and financial awareness with budget monitoring and cost ownership.  Extensive experience in MS Excel, OpenAir and PowerBI are essential.
Formal ITIL qualifications are preferred.
