This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and join a market leader in selling transformational services through a range of complex IT and business solutions across the Microsoft stack (Dynamics 365 & Business Apps, Digital Experience, Data Analytics & AI, Modern Workplace, and Cloud & Hybrid Platforms & Networks).

Key to this role is new business development at the enterprise level plus fostering growth with existing clientele and the ability to strategically develop, map and maintain accounts and business plans to C level engagemen.  You will focus on selling complex transformational services and solutions across large corporates, with deal sizes in the range of $1mil - $10mil.

Your strong business acumen and technical knowledge will help you achieve business outcomes and deliver results through trusted relationships and expert teams responsible for consistent customer success and transformational outcomes. As a confident leader, you will be at ease developing prospects, working with partners, presenting to a broad audience, developing exec relationships, being part of a dispersed sales and solutioning team, and negotiating and closing complex deals, to ensure you achieve your goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Sales Professional seeking a new challenge to apply their strategic capabilities and entrepreneurial skills to build and expand markets, generate revenue growth and hit sales targets. To set you up for success, you will possess:

  • Strong demonstrated experience in a similar role as a BDM selling IT solutions or services - preferably but not exclusively in the Microsoft environment (applications and infrastructure)
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect and close deals greater than $2mil working with C level executives
  • Proven history of successful sales ideally in a services business - achieving and exceeding target
  • Comfortable prospecting and building a pipeline of opportunities
  • Understanding of consultative sales, solution and value selling concepts
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills for sales planning
  • Superior communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • A can-do approach to working with a team to produce tenders, proposals & RFPs
