Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering Adoption and Change Management focused workshops and services. These workshops and associated adoption services are designed to drive high-value usage of technology and, ultimately, sticky end user adoption. In a world of consumption-based economics (driven by cloud and devices), technology usage, consumption and adoption are the new currencies.  
If you are passionate about ACM and are ready to help drive ACM engagements across Dynamics, Business Productivity, Secure Infrastructure, Modern Devices and Data Insights, we would like to hear from you. Experience with the Prosci change management methodology is highly desired. You will be expected to bring your passion for managing change as you are trained in our in-house change management framework to develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that lead to sustained adoption of our technology solutions. 
In your role as an ACM Practitioner your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting customers in the development and execution of Adoption and Change Management programs to drive adoption of Empired services and deliver measurable business value
  • Assessing a client’s ACM maturity and Business Impact through change management assessments and surveys and working with the client to define appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Determining adoption metrics that can be used to measure success of the ACM project and adjust plans as needed
  • Hold workshops and facilitate meetings with team and client contacts.
  • Apply our structured framework and leading change management activities​
  • Analysing and documenting our client’s capacity for change 
  • Identifying and engaging all groups impacted by the change 
  • Determining adoption metrics that can be used to measure success and make adjustments to these plans as needed 


  • Demonstrated professional experience in adoption change management, ideally as a change management consultant on technology projects
  • Demonstrated track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Prosci certification or a demonstrated, solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a must
  • Experience with digital transformation cloud-related technologies is highly preferred
