You will:
  • Utilize Microsoft SharePoint best practices across on-prem and Public cloud implementations
  • Analyze SharePoint implementations to identify and address areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with team members to translate user and system requirements to functional technical requirements
  • Root cause analysis and service improvement solutions
  • Execution of application and/or platform changes, releases, and service requests in supported environments
  • Liaise with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents
  • Perform audits and analysis of application environments
  • Adhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures
  
The Person:
  
  • Ø Have complete understanding and hands on Service Delivery Methodology exposure ( I.e. understanding, defining, and maintaining business ownership of SharePoint solutions) to maximize customer engagement and ROI to ensure successful delivery and ensure delivered solution is Scalable,Systematic,Modular,Repeatable and Industry focused. - ( Must have for Tech Lead )
  • Ø Understanding and exposure to Microsoft SharePoint “Out of the Box” Features , MS Cloud Applications, SharePoint Designer, and 3rd Party tools.
  • Ø Be Familiar with SharePoint Designer - Although Microsoft will not release a new version of SharePoint Designer with SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Designer 2013 knowledge is required to customize and extend SharePoint Server 2016.
  • » and for creating custom workflows for your documents and site contents on SharePoint.
  • Ø Understanding and experience on how to Build and Manage Large Document Libraries and should be able to facilitate quality short and long-term document storage plan.
  • Ø Knowledge on integrating other MS Cloud Service i.e. Yammer, MS Teams, MS Power Apps,MS Flow, SharePoint Framework, MS Planner and other 0365 services.
  • Ø Knowledge of 3rd Party Tools –
    • o Nintex:  Creating workflows in a drag & drop environment and building custom forms with sophisticated business logic behind it.
    • o Sharegate: Migration tool exposure to perform all kinds of data and content migration and simplifies security and permission management.
    • o AvePoint: Mobility tools integrated with SharePoint to provide governance and document lifecycle management
    • o Record Point : Recording tool.
  • Ø Exposure to SharePoint Patching cycle and version Upgrades
  • Ø Good to have React API 2.0 exposure.
