Chances are the answer is no and the truth is you are not alone. This actually is the reality for most companies, large and small.
Technology has been evolving at a very fast pace, and it takes considerable time and effort to remain up to speed with the latest developments. This is the case even when focusing on a specific solution - let alone keeping up with all that is happening around business productivity as a whole.
Not to worry though, there is help available today and it’s probably a lot easier than you may think. Interested? Read on to find out what it is and how to use it.
Customer Immersion Experience Program
With the realisation that the challenge presented above is a global reality, Microsoft has invested in a program called Customer Immersion Experience (CIE). In partnership with a selected number of technology specialists like Empired, our customers are offered a chance to sit in the driver’s seat for a real world scenario, where they can experience what business productivity looks like when supported by the full stack of the latest Microsoft solutions.
A CIE is not just a presentation or demo where you will merely sit down and watch someone tell you about a product. This is rather a day-in-the-life kind of approach, where participants will immerse themselves into real world scenario simulation.
Simulations are available for multiple business verticals, each one of them pre-loaded with a representative number of individual personas, and many thousands of documents, emails and other artefacts that will make you feel like you are inside a real company.
We do have some pre-defined use cases that help to showcase the most common benefits, however Empired is happy to work with your business representatives in order to tailor the session according to your specific needs.
CIEs always incorporate the latest and greatest, and at its current release you will be able to experience, among others, the following tools and solutions:
Booking a CIE with Empired
This is a free offering and it is targeted at companies looking into exploring the opportunity of improving business productivity with the help of Microsoft cloud solutions. A CIE can be beneficial whether you have just started conversations around cloud, or if you are far down that road and just wanting to have the peace of mind that you are headed in the right direction. To qualify you must have 250+ employees being targeted by your cloud adoption program, and to obtain the commitment from 4-8 business decision makers to attend the CIE session.
The CIE session is not technical. We do have a similar offering available, in case you are after a similar immersion experience with focus on your technical discussions.
If this sounds like a valuable exercise to you and your business, contact us now and we will be happy to work with you in organising your immersion experience.
