General Manager, Client Engagement

As Empired's Client Engagement Manager, Greg is responsible for ensuring that all client engagements are of the highest standard and clients expecations are being not only met but exceeded. Greg works closely with clients and the Empired Account Managers and Service Delivery Managers to make sure that Empired are meeting clients' business requirements in times of rapid change. 
Greg has been with Empired since its inception and has worked in all areas of the business during the past 10 years as Empired has grown from 20 to in excess of 200 people.
He has been very heavily involved in the development of Empired's Managed Services division working with clients such as OZ Minerals, Minmetals, Main Roads Western Australia and St Barbara Mining in delivering Managed Services across multiple countries in times of explosive growth and constantly changing requirements.
